Day 69 and thanks to the men who actually still watch during Week! LOL The compliments uplift me when I’m feeling like BLAAHHH! But, hate to tell you… it’s only getting worse, y’all! Those hips, that stomach, those thighs, that Snoop Dog, right-side, hydraulic back roll… they ain’t going nowhere for a while! LOL

Anyway, BOOOOOOO! Mother Nature sucks for impatient people like me who want to see the fruits of our labor NOW! But I will take this week to learn a little patience. And speaking of patience, bear with me… I will try to get a couple of videos cut together today… but I am focused on being behind… and I’m attracting being further and further behind! I’m focused on the fact that I’m late uploading… and I’m getting later and later with these uploads! I need to practice what I preach and focus on being up-to-date! LOL

Day 67 of my Liquid diet Weight Loss Regiment. And DANG IT! As soon as I get close to that illustrious 180 Pound mark (which between you and me was a dream weight for me back in the day), Mother Nature rears her head… along with my belly pooch and my right-side, Snoop Dog, hydraulic back roll. I need to focus on standing up straight — I thought I was! Man, I have bad posture! I need to take a charm school class or something where they make you walk with plates on top of your head. Anyway, men are going to want to skip this week… this is menstrual week.

And yes, I will be doing a week of videos where I take you through my entire day, including meals and exercise… so you can see why I am so busy. Then I want you to start your youtube channel and do all the same things I do and see how much time you have in the day!

Day 68 and BLAHHHH…. Ever feel like that… Just BLAAAAHHHH!!! LOL And what the heck is up with that Snoop, hydraulic, right-side back roll?! I think it’s just part of my asymmetry! LOL It’s hilarious! I love it! I have hydraulics and I didn’t even have to pay thousands of dollars for them!

Anyway, Day 68 of Liquid diet Regiment and still working out and dieting, but obviously packing on those pounds compliments of Mother Nature. In this day’s video (7/16/09), I talked about the fact that I will try that yoga thing again for cramps in lieu of ibuprofen. They haven’t started kicking in just yet — they aren’t going to kick in for a few days — but when they do… let’s see how long I last this time… this should be hilarious! I think I made it through that yoga pose 4 last time before I made my Beeline to the ibuprofen. But I’m more focused this time. I’ll let you guys know if they work for me and if so, you can try them out yourself. You people who practice this stuff are frippin’ incredible!
