There is much more to getting a flat tummy than doing 100 crunches a day. Stomach exercises are necessary, no doubt about it, but it’s often an inside problem that leads to the outer overhang.
Stomachs that are overstretched, are not only unattractive, but they are unhealthy as well. A distended tummy is an indication that fat is clumping up near major organs such as the liver and kidneys. Two major reasons should not come as a surprise: we eat too much and we eat the wrong foods.
