I’m not going to lie, I am drunk right now. Like anything else, its all about self control. Looks like I up. *Fall down* The real reason alcohol can be bad is when you drink for the wrong reasons. If you are a sappy that likes to get his drink on, that ain’t for you. If however you are sharing a glass of wine in celebration, you are alright.

Here Are the People Who Have NO Business Getting Slizethered on a Saturday Night

Those who struggle with weight loss- Alcohol is liquid calories and they’ll interfere with your fat loss systems
Women- You need to eat fewer calories and the mixed drinks you order probably contain more calories than your actually diet!

Everyone else, you’re alright!

Alcohol actually is a calorie, it contains 7 calories per gram. Its kind of like a food and a drug at the same time. Its also regarded as a toxin in the body and

Now does alcohol destroy muscle? Yes in large enough doses. Over your body’s limit, so lets say over eight drinks a week can do that. Studies have also shown that excess drinking can lower Testosterone, and you don’t want that.

Moderation is fine, but I’m against heavy drinking for the main reason that you get STUPID when you get drunk. Everyone makes bad choices, whether its whats her name or that whole pizza you just ate. It also encourages dehydration.

The maximum you can consume is two drinks a day, with eight drinks maximum a week. For those with crazy fast metabolisms, alcohol won’t do as much damage. But if you get fat off of a Dairy Queen commercial, this is not for you.

Now if you have to get your drink on, follow these rules to stay awesome
Here the guidelines when you drink
1. Eat a balanced meal before you begin, this will slow down the absorption
2. Stick with hard liquor and not mixed drinks that add up the calories
3. Set up a limit in advanced on how
4. Say you know Chef Buff, it’ll get you into every dive bar there is.

So remember, while everyone else gets sloppy, you’ll be getting strong.
