So, forget the diet, just eat healthy & watch how much u eat. I lost 7 Kg by eating less processed foods (biscuits, chocolate, bread, etc) & eating more “fresh” foods (ie foods that were alive once upon a time
)…I walked more, did ab exercises daily, drank tea whenever I felt “fake hunger” & now I look gud….It’s possible…..all the best

my problem is ive been dieting for about 8 or 10 weeks and still have not lost hardly any fat…so even though im exercising, my muscles cant be seen under the layer of fat i have around my midsection…maybe this will help :-/

Also drink 4 to 6 cups of green tea everyday. Green tea is shown to help people lose weight and also helps improve their health too. I drink 4 cups without sugar and I gotta say the first time I took a sip of it I was ready to puke. 1 because I just started liking tea, and 2 because without sugar it tastes nasty but I want to start improving my health. If you don’t like tea, remember you will get use to get it after while.
